Confirm the booking
Service, date, time, deposit or balance, cancellation terms and where to go. The client's receipt, sent the moment they book.
SeeMeYah Client Loop
Automated client messages, from booking to rebooking.
You're too busy to remember every reminder, prep message, review request and follow-up, and clients drift away because nobody brings them back. Client Loop sends the right message at the right stage of every booking, built around your real services and policies, so people turn up prepared, leave reviews and come back, without you chasing each one by hand.
The problem
A client books, then turns up without washing their hair or bringing the right bundles. Someone forgets a deposit. A happy client walks out and never leaves the review that would have won you the next three. A retwist client means to rebook, then four months pass. None of it is about skill. It's about no one having time to send every message at the right moment. Client Loop is the part that remembers for you.
Built for your craft
Same loop underneath. The prep guides, timing and rebooking intervals are shaped around how your service actually runs.
Consultations, starter-loc prep, retwist and maintenance rebooking on the interval you set.
Hair-included and prep instructions, deposit reminders, aftercare and braid-refresh rebooking.
Messages and rebooking by service and stylist, plus team and reception alerts behind the scenes.
What it does
One set of messages, built around your services and policies, sent at the stage where each one matters.
Service, date, time, deposit or balance, cancellation terms and where to go. The client's receipt, sent the moment they book.
The right prep guide for the booked service: how to arrive, what to bring, whether hair is included, washed or not.
A prep nudge a few days out and a clear reminder 24 hours before, with time, location and arrival instructions. Two contacts, not six.
Thank-you and aftercare while they're most engaged, with maintenance instructions and a route to reach you if something's wrong.
A Google review request a day or two later, one gentle reminder, and it stops the moment they respond. Feeds into Reputation+.
A rebooking reminder shortly before your chosen interval, with a direct booking link, and a lapsed-client nudge for people who've gone quiet.
Where to start
You don't have to switch everything on at once. Start with the part that's costing you most, as a one-off setup. If you upgrade to a monthly plan later, the setup fee comes off. Each module is a way into the same system, not a separate product.
Confirmation, deposit info, prep guide, reminder and directions. A professional process from the moment someone books. From £149.
Deposit and prep reminders, a clear 24-hour reminder, rescheduling wording and a missed-appointment follow-up. From £149.
Thank-you, Google review request, one reminder, QR code and a private route for unhappy feedback. Steps up into Reputation+. From £125.
Service-specific timing, rebooking reminder, direct booking link and a lapsed-client sequence. Usually the clearest payback. From £149.

How it works
You tell us your services, policies and timings once. We build the workflows on your website's booking system and test the whole thing before it goes live.
One short form: sender name, tone, deposit and cancellation rules, prep and aftercare guides, and your rebooking interval per service.
We draft every message in your voice. The AI Assistant helps adapt them. Nothing sends until you've signed it off.
We set the triggers and timing on LatePoint, inside the website you already run, so the right message fires at the right stage.
We run test bookings through the whole loop and check delivery, links and timing before a single client sees it.
Bookings start flowing through the loop. Service reminders and marketing messages are kept separate, with opt-outs built in.
A simple monthly report: reminders delivered, reviews collected, rebooking clicks and lapsed clients recovered. Real outcomes, not "emails sent".
Client Loop and the rest of the system
The Business Toolkit gives you the forms, policies and message templates. The AI Assistant helps you write or reword a message. Client Loop is the part that decides when the approved message goes out, on its own.
Once a client leaves a review, Reputation+ manages replies and spreads that proof, and the Content Engine turns it into posts. Client Loop feeds those tools rather than doing their job. It's the operating layer that connects them.
Where it fits
Digital Foundation builds the website. Booking Ready makes every profile clear. Get Found makes those profiles easy to find. The Content Engine keeps you visible. Client Loop turns each booking into the next one. Once the review lands, Reputation+ turns it into proof across your pages.
Done properly
Confirmations, prep guides and reminders are service messages, so they can go to every client. Anything with an offer in it is marketing, and only goes to people who've opted in. We build that split in from the start, with clear opt-in choices, opt-out links, a suppression list and the date and source of every consent recorded.
We won't promise to end no-shows or guarantee a review from every request. What we do is make sure the right message reaches the right client at the right time, set up in line with UK PECR and data protection rules.
Questions
No. We draft every message around your services and policies, and the AI Assistant helps adapt them to your voice. You read them, tweak anything you want and approve. After that they send on their own.
No. Most bookings need two contacts before the appointment, not six. We keep the sequences short, stop review and rebooking chases the moment someone responds, and build opt-outs into anything that counts as marketing.
To start, Client Loop runs on SeeMeYah websites using LatePoint, so we control the booking journey and can test the whole thing. If you're on Fresha, Booksy or something else, tell us and we'll look at what its current options allow before promising anything.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is send the deposit reminders, prep and review requests consistently, so preventable no-shows and missed reviews drop. The monthly report shows you what actually happened.
Starter is email. Pro and Salon add supported text-message workflows where they help. Text costs are passed through separately, and marketing texts only go to clients who've opted in.
Once we have your Automation Profile and your approved messages, a Starter setup is usually live within a couple of weeks, including end-to-end testing on test bookings.
