Audit and score
A Reputation Score out of 100 from six weighted areas: review health, responsiveness, proof coverage, recency, presentation and issue handling. Your clear starting point.
SeeMeYah Reputation+
A review-management and social-proof system for Black hair businesses.
You already do good work. The trouble is the proof of it is scattered: a few Google reviews, warm WhatsApp messages, Instagram comments, before-and-afters on your phone, clients who keep coming back. Reputation+ collects genuine reviews, keeps them answered, and puts that proof where clients actually decide to book: Google, your website, your directory profile and your social.
The problem
A client leaves delighted and tells you so over WhatsApp, where no future client will ever read it. Three good Google reviews sit from eighteen months ago, none of them answered. Your best transformation is buried on the camera roll. When someone new is deciding whether to book you, they don't see any of it. Reputation+ is the part that gathers real client experiences, keeps them current and answered, and shows them where the decision gets made.
Built for your craft
Same system underneath. The proof collections, review themes and service pages are shaped around how your work actually runs.
Proof organised by starter locs, retwists, microlocs and loc repair, so the right reviews meet the right service page.
Reviews sorted by style and longevity, before-and-afters kept with permission, deposit and prep concerns handled calmly.
Reviews organised by stylist and service, internal reply approval, complaint escalation and a monthly team report.
What it does
Collect, respond, organise, publish, recover, measure. Each part feeds the next, and all of it runs on your real services and policies.
A Reputation Score out of 100 from six weighted areas: review health, responsiveness, proof coverage, recency, presentation and issue handling. Your clear starting point.
A permanent, quiet review process: Google link, branded QR code, review card, request messages and one gentle reminder. Neutral wording that asks for honest feedback, not five stars.
Warm replies to good reviews, calm handling of hard ones, client privacy protected. Routine reviews answered within three working days. The AI Assistant drafts; we add approval and record-keeping.
Every useful review stored with its service, stylist, photos, permissions and themes, sorted into collections. Starter-loc proof for the starter-loc page, not three unrelated testimonials.
Approved feedback becomes website and service-page testimonials, directory proof, booking-page proof and social assets. One strong review can travel from Google to your site to a TikTok slideshow.
A monthly report on new reviews, response rate and time, testimonials added, proof assets made, directory views and booking clicks from proof-led pages. Real outcomes, not "requests sent".
Where to start
You don't have to commit to a monthly plan on day one. Start with a one-off that solves the part costing you most. If you move up to a subscription later, the entry fee comes off the setup. Each one is a way into the same system, not a separate product.
Google, website and directory audit, your Reputation Score, five priority fixes and one rewritten reply. From £49. Credited against a full setup.
Google review link, branded QR code, three request messages, one reminder, a printed review card, response templates and a website review button. From £149.
Up to five genuine reviews turned into reply drafts, testimonial graphics, a carousel, a TikTok slideshow and directory proof. From £95. Feeds the Content Engine.
For messy or negative feedback: a factual timeline, public-reply and private-resolution wording, escalation guidance and process fixes. From £125. Never "review removal".
Good reviews you aren't using, put to work: Proof Vault, website and service-page testimonials, directory and booking-page proof, social assets. From £195.
One strong experience made into a proper case study: interview, before-and-after, quote, website write-up, carousel and a SeeMeYah Media submission. From £195.

How it works
You tell us your services, tone and policies once. We build the collection process, the Proof Vault and the response workflow, then keep it running month to month.
We check Google, your website and your directory profiles, and give you a Reputation Score out of 100 with five priority fixes.
One short form: reply tone, the name used in responses, words to avoid, who signs off sensitive replies, and your permission preferences.
Google review link, branded QR code, review card and request messages, ready for Client Loop to send at the right stage.
New reviews get a drafted reply for your approval, then go into the Proof Vault, sorted by service, stylist and theme.
Approved feedback goes onto your website, service pages, directory profile and social, matched to the right page.
A monthly report: new reviews, response rate and time, testimonials added, assets made, and clicks from proof-led pages.
Reputation+ and the rest of the system
Client Loop decides when the review request goes out and sends one reminder. The AI Assistant helps draft an individual reply. Reputation+ is the layer around all of that: it watches for the review, gets the response approved, stores the proof, organises it by service and location, updates your website and directory, and reports the impact.
From there, the Content Engine turns selected proof into planned posts, and SeeMeYah Media can feature the strongest client stories across our channels. Reputation+ feeds those tools rather than doing their job.
Where it fits
Digital Foundation builds the website. Booking Ready makes every profile clear. Get Found makes those profiles easy to find. Client Loop brings clients back. Reputation+ takes what those clients say and turns it into proof that helps the next person book.
Done properly
Since 6 April 2025, fake and misleading reviews are against UK law under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, and the CMA can act without going to court. We build Reputation+ to stay the right side of that, because a review that isn't genuine is a liability, not an asset. We ask every client for honest feedback the same way, and we keep a private feedback route without using it to hide public invitations from anyone.
We won't promise a particular star rating or that reviews will automatically produce bookings. What we do is collect genuine feedback consistently, answer it well, and put it where it helps, set up in line with UK review law and PECR rules on service versus marketing messages.
Questions
We can help you get more genuine reviews by asking every client properly and at the right time, and by replying to each one. We can't promise a star rating, and anyone who does is either guessing or breaking the rules. What we can show you is more recent, better-answered proof, and where it led.
No, and be wary of anyone selling that. If a review breaks Google's policies, like spam or profanity, there's a process to report it, and we'll use it where it applies. Ordinary negative feedback we handle by replying calmly in public and resolving the detail in private. Often that reply reassures the next reader more than a clean slate would.
No. We draft replies around your tone and the actual service, the AI Assistant helps, and you approve them. Routine reviews are answered within three working days. Anything serious gets careful human assessment before we post a word.
It's where your feedback stops being scattered. Every useful review is stored with its service, stylist, photos, permission notes and themes, then sorted into collections. So your starter-loc page can show starter-loc reviews, and your Birmingham page can show Birmingham clients.
Client Loop sends the review request and one reminder. Reputation+ manages everything after the review lands: the reply, the storage, the organising, the publishing and the reporting. They're built to work together, and the founding pilot connects the two.
Yes. Google restricts profiles for fake or incentivised engagement, and since April 2025 the CMA can fine businesses for fake and misleading reviews. Genuine, well-answered reviews are the only ones worth having, and the only ones we'll set up.
