Client Loop for Locticians

The follow-up loc work already needs.

Automated loc client messages, consultation to retwist.

Loc work runs on consultations and regular maintenance, which is exactly what follow-up messages are for. A starter-loc client needs prep instructions. A retwist client needs bringing back on schedule. Client Loop sends the right message at each stage, built around your method and your intervals, so you're not remembering every one.

The problem

Retwist clients mean to rebook. Then months pass.

A loc client is one of the most valuable you'll have, because the maintenance is regular and the relationship runs for years. But if nobody reminds them, a four-week retwist becomes eight, then twelve, then they've gone somewhere closer. The same goes for the consultation someone booked and never prepared for. Client Loop keeps that rhythm going so you don't lose the repeat work.

Built around loc work

The messages a loc client actually needs.

Each one written around your method, your prep and your maintenance intervals.

Consultation flow

Enquiry acknowledgement, loc-history questions, a photo request and a reminder if the form's not done, before you spend a slot on it.

Starter-loc prep

How to arrive, what to expect over the first months and what to bring, so first-timers feel looked after from the start.

Appointment reminders

A prep nudge a few days out and a clear reminder the day before, with time, location and arrival instructions.

Aftercare

Maintenance instructions while it's fresh, product guidance and a route to reach you if a loc misbehaves.

Review request

A Google review ask a day or two later, one gentle reminder, then it stops. Feeds your Loctician.co.uk profile and Reputation+.

Retwist rebooking

A reminder shortly before your chosen interval with a direct booking link, and a lapsed-client nudge for people who've gone quiet.

Why us

We run Loctician.co.uk, and locticians are the pilot.

We're starting Client Loop with locticians because the work suits it best. The reviews it collects can feed straight into your Loctician.co.uk profile, and the whole loop is set up on a SeeMeYah website you already run, so we can test every message before a client sees it.

Where to start

Start with the founding pilot.

Founding loctician offer

The first three founding locticians get the pilot for £195 setup plus £29 per month, in exchange for a review, a look at the before-and-after numbers and permission to use the result as a case study. You'll need a SeeMeYah website on LatePoint, or a controlled pilot booking setup we agree together.

Questions

The things locticians ask first.

Who decides the retwist interval?

You do. You set the follow-up point for each service, whether that's four weeks, six or something else. Client Loop just sends the reminder at the point you choose. We never decide what your hair or method needs.

Will the rebooking messages feel pushy?

No. It's a short sequence: a reminder before your interval, a direct booking link, and a gentle "need more time?" if there's no reply. It stops the moment they book, and it's worded to feel like a helpful nudge, not a chase.

What do I need for it to work?

To start, a SeeMeYah website using LatePoint, so we control the booking journey and can test everything. If you're on Booksy or Fresha, tell us and we'll check what its options currently allow before promising anything.

Does this replace my consultation?

No. It runs the messages around it: the enquiry acknowledgement, the loc-history form, the photo request and the reminder. The consultation itself, and every judgement about a client's hair, stays with you.
