Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered to or clearly controlled by you, and you get a written ownership and handover arrangement. It's your base, not something rented from a social app.
Can you use my existing booking system?
Yes. If you already run on Fresha or Booksy, we connect it. If you'd rather have booking and deposits built in, we set that up instead.
I already have a website. Do I need to start over?
Usually not. A Refresh turns your current site into a proper Digital Foundation: sorting services and prices, fixing the booking route and mobile issues, and adding the policies and tracking that are missing.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. We organise what you already have into a clear menu, portfolio and policy pages. You approve it, you don't have to draft it.
How long does it take?
Once we have your content and photos, a Starter or Standard build is usually ready in two to three weeks. Salons take a little longer because of the team setup.
