SeeMeYah AI Assistant
Client replies, set up around your business.
You answer the same questions every day. How much, is hair included, do you have Saturday, do you travel to me. The AI Assistant uses your real services, prices, policies and tone to write those replies for you, so you can send a good answer in seconds instead of typing it out again. Booking messages, review responses and captions too, all in your voice.
The problem
Half your day goes on replies you've written a hundred times. The price question, the deposit chat, the "can you fit me in Saturday", the review you keep meaning to answer. It eats the gaps between appointments, and when you're mid-braid the messages pile up. The Assistant takes those replies off your plate, in your own words, so you're not typing the price list again at 11pm and nothing sounds like a robot wrote it.
Why not just use ChatGPT
Ask a general AI for a reply and you get something polite and vague, then you spend as long editing it as writing it yourself, because it doesn't know your deposit, your travel area or how you talk. The SeeMeYah Assistant is set up around your business first, so what comes out is close to send-ready.
Your services, prices, deposit, cancellation policy, travel area and booking link, entered once.
Your tone, the words you use, how formal you are, how you sign off. Warm or brisk, your call.
No invented prices or availability. If it doesn't know something, it asks you rather than guessing.
What it does
Not an empty chat box. Pick the situation, add a couple of details, get wording you can check and send. Replies first, because that's what you do several times a week.
Paste a client's message, pick the tone and whether to mention price. Get a reply built on your real information. The one you'll use most.
Deposit reminders, confirmations, hair-prep messages, and the awkward ones: late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, unprepared hair. Firm, but still friendly.
For starter locs, colour, repairs and specialist work. Drafts the questions to ask, the photo request, the confirmation and the follow-up.
Paste a review, get a warm Google reply and a social version. Handles the difficult ones without arguing in public or sharing private details.
Captions, Story sequences, Google posts and availability announcements around your services and area. Want a full monthly plan? That's the Content Engine.
Booking FAQs, hair-prep guides, aftercare reminders and "what to expect" messages, ready for your website, a pinned post or a carousel.
Set up once
You fill in your business details once: your services and prices, your policies, your booking link and how you like to sound. That becomes your SeeMeYah Business Profile, and every tool draws from it. Change a price or a deposit, and it updates everywhere. It's the same profile that can feed your directory listing, your website wording and your content, so you never type it all in twice.
What you offer, what it costs, how long it takes and whether hair's included.
Deposits, cancellations, late arrivals, children, guests and hair prep. Said your way, every time.
The words you use, the ones you don't, how formal you are and your usual sign-off.

How it works
Configured once, then quick every time you need it.
Fill in a short form: services, prices, policies, booking link and how you like to sound. We build it into your Assistant.
Client reply, booking message, review response, caption or FAQ. Choose the situation you're in.
Paste the client's message or pick the service, then choose the tone and the next step you want.
Out comes wording built from your approved information, close to ready to send.
Make it warmer, shorter or firmer, fit it to WhatsApp, or drop in your booking link. One tap.
Read it over, tweak anything, copy and send. You always have the last word before it goes out.

Kept honest
A bad AI message loses a client's trust faster than a slow reply does. So the Assistant only uses information you've approved, never invents a price or a policy, and asks you when it doesn't know something. You read every message before it's sent, and you can strip out any generic phrasing or emoji you don't like.
It won't diagnose scalp or hair conditions, won't write fake reviews, and won't make claims like "best" or "guaranteed" on your behalf. The technical hair-care wording is checked by working braiders and locticians before it goes in.
Where it fits
Get Found brings people to you. Content Engine keeps you showing up. The AI Assistant handles the conversations that turn a message into a booking, using the same business information as everything else.
Questions
It uses AI underneath, but it's set up around your business first. Generic AI doesn't know your prices, deposit or booking link, so you end up editing everything. This is configured with your real information and your tone, so the replies come out close to ready to send.
You tell us how you like to sound when you set up, down to the words you use and how you sign off. You also read and tweak every message before it's sent, and you can strip out any AI phrasing or emoji you don't want.
No. It only uses information you've approved. If it doesn't know something, it asks you rather than guessing, and it won't make claims like "best" or "guaranteed" for you.
Content Engine is done for you: we plan and build a month of content around a booking goal. The AI Assistant helps you do it yourself, mostly for everyday replies and messages. Plenty of people use both, and they share the same business profile.
No. You pick the situation from a form and add a detail or two. There's no prompting to learn, and the Setup option means we do the configuring for you.
