Client Loop for Braiders
Automated braid client messages, prep to refresh.
Half the stress of a braid appointment happens before it starts. Is hair included? How should they arrive? Did the deposit come in? Client Loop sends the hair and prep instructions, the deposit and appointment reminders, the aftercare and the refresh reminder, so clients arrive ready, you spend less time on WhatsApp, and people come back for the next set.
The problem
You answer the same questions on every booking: how much hair, what type, washed and blow-dried or not, where to park. Some clients read it, some don't, and the ones who don't turn up unprepared or not at all. Meanwhile the client from three months ago who loved her braids never got a nudge to rebook. Client Loop sends the prep and the reminders every time, and brings people back on schedule.
Built around braid work
Written around your styles, your hair policy and your deposit and prep rules.
Confirmation with the service, date, time, deposit amount and how to pay it, sent the moment they book.
Whether hair is included, how much and what type, how to wash and prep, and what to bring, so nobody arrives unready.
A nudge if the deposit's outstanding, then a clear reminder the day before with time, location and arrival notes.
How to care for the style and their edges, how long to keep it in, and a route to reach you if something needs adjusting.
A Google review ask once they've had time to enjoy the style, one reminder, then it stops. Feeds Braiders.co.uk and Reputation+.
A reminder before your usual takedown-and-replacement point, with a direct booking link, plus a lapsed-client nudge.
Why us
The reviews Client Loop collects don't just sit on Google. They can feed your Braiders.co.uk profile too, because we own the directory. The whole loop is set up on a SeeMeYah website you already run, so we can test every message and every link before a client sees it.
Where to start
Same plans as the main Client Loop page. The braider edition follows the loctician pilot, so there's a founding rate coming for early braiders.
Solo braiders
£249setup, then £29/month
Busy braiders and studios
£395–£595setup, then £49–£79/month
Fix one thing first
from £125one-off setup
We're running the founding pilot with locticians first, then producing the braider edition. Ask about an early-braider rate if you'd like to be one of the first, in exchange for a review and permission to use the result as a case study.
Questions
That's a big part of it. Everyone who books gets your hair and prep guide automatically, worded around your policy, so far fewer clients message asking what to bring or how to arrive. You'll still get some, but a lot less.
Yes. On Pro, if a deposit's outstanding the client gets a reminder, and you get an internal alert so you can see at a glance which bookings aren't secured yet.
You set it. Tell us your usual takedown-and-replacement point for each style, and Client Loop sends the reminder shortly before it, with a direct booking link. You can change the interval whenever you want.
To start, a SeeMeYah website using LatePoint, so we control the booking journey and can test everything before it goes live. If you take bookings another way, tell us and we'll look at what's possible.
