Client Loop for Salons

Every client looked after, whoever's in the chair.

Automated client messages, routed by service and stylist.

A salon has more moving parts: several stylists, a full menu, reception fielding messages and a no-show that costs a whole chair. Client Loop sends the right confirmation, prep, reminder, review request and rebooking for each service, names the stylist, and keeps your team informed behind the scenes, so nothing depends on one person remembering.

The problem

A no-show costs a whole chair, and follow-up falls through the gaps.

In a busy salon, the client experience depends on who's on reception that day and whether a stylist remembers to say "book your next one." Prep messages get missed, deposits go unchased, reviews never get asked for, and a no-show leaves an empty chair that could have been filled. Client Loop makes the follow-up consistent across the whole team, so it doesn't rely on anyone's memory.

Built for a team

The same care, across every stylist and service.

Client-facing messages that stay consistent, and internal alerts that keep the floor moving.

Routed by service and stylist

Each booking gets the confirmation, prep and aftercare for that service, naming the stylist the client is seeing.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposit reminders, clear appointment reminders and missed-appointment follow-ups, so fewer chairs sit empty.

Consultation assignment

Enquiries and consultation forms routed to the right team member, with reminders if a form isn't completed.

Team and reception alerts

New booking alerts, tomorrow's summary, special-instruction flags for reception and diary-gap notices.

Reviews, by stylist

A review request after each visit, credited to the stylist, feeding your Google profile and Reputation+.

Rebooking and management view

Rebooking reminders by service or stylist, plus a monthly summary and alerts on repeated cancellations or no-shows.

Why us

Set up around how your salon actually runs.

A salon setup isn't a template. We map your services, your team and your booking rules first, build the routing to match, and test the whole thing on test bookings before it touches a real client. The price depends on the number of stylists, services and locations involved, so we quote it after we've seen how you work.

Where to start

Client Loop Salon, quoted to your setup.

How we quote a salon

We map your services, team and booking rules, then give you a fixed setup price and monthly figure. No surprise costs. Text-message charges, where you use them, are passed through separately.

Questions

The things salon owners ask first.

Can different stylists have different messages?

Yes. Messages route by service and by stylist, so a client sees the stylist's name and the right prep and aftercare for what they booked. Reviews are credited to the stylist too.

Does reception still get involved?

Where it helps. Client Loop handles the routine messages automatically, and sends your team internal alerts: new bookings, tomorrow's summary, special instructions and diary gaps. It supports reception rather than replacing them.

How much does it cost?

The salon tier starts from £795 setup plus £99 to £149 a month, but the exact figure depends on your stylists, services and locations. We map that first and give you a fixed quote before you commit.

What booking system do we need?

To start, a SeeMeYah website using LatePoint, so we control the booking journey and can test the routing properly. If you run another system, tell us and we'll look at what its options currently allow before promising anything.
