Why organise reviews by service?
Because a starter-loc client and a loc-repair client want different reassurance. When your starter-loc page shows starter-loc reviews and before-and-afters, the nervous first-timer sees people like them. General five-star reviews about "lovely service" don't do that job.
What about a client who wasn't happy with their locs?
We handle it calmly and factually: check what happened, reply briefly in public, move the detail to private, and record any resolution. Often a measured reply reassures the next reader more than a perfect record would. We never argue on the thread or share client details.
Do the reviews go on my Loctician.co.uk profile?
