Is there a long contract?
No. Care runs month to month with thirty days' notice to cancel. You can move between plans whenever you need.
Do I have to be a Get Found customer to take Care?
Care is built to follow a setup, and every Essentials or Complete build includes the first three months. If you had your profile set up elsewhere, get in touch and we'll check it's in good enough shape to maintain.
What's the difference between the plans?
Maintain keeps things accurate. Grow adds posts, photos and review handling to stay active. Compete adds content, competitor monitoring and campaign support for salons and busier businesses.
Will you reply to reviews as me?
We write the replies and you approve them, or we post them for you on Grow and up. Either way, honest and in your voice, never fake.
